The Light that Leads to Serve Better

As the leading telecommunication company in Indonesia, Telkom has to pay pretty–much attention for the customer relation and Plasa Telkom is a place to deal directly with the customers. To gain more customer satisfaction, Telkom creates manual guidelines about standard services in Plasa Telkom. We present the design in a small A5 landscape book, in order to be easy to bring and considered as on–the–go thing.
